With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, Erica Labson Aller has spent her career helping people navigate major life transitions—often realizing that the sale of a home is about much more than real estate.

As a Realtor and home staging professional, Erica saw firsthand how overwhelming it can be for families to prepare a longtime home for sale, particularly when downsizing, relocating, or helping aging parents make their next move. There were often countless details to manage before a home was ever ready to hit the market—from sorting and decluttering to repairs, staging, landscaping, moving, and coordinating trusted professionals.

That experience helped inspire Milestone Method.

Now an empty nester herself, Erica understands how quickly life changes—and how a home that once fit perfectly can eventually become part of a new chapter. She brings a combination of real estate expertise, an eye for presentation and design, strong project-management skills, and a deeply personal approach to every family Milestone Method serves.

Erica believes clients shouldn’t have to coordinate every detail of a major transition on their own. Her role is to simplify the process, anticipate what needs to happen next, and surround clients with the right resources and trusted professionals to move forward with confidence.
