What you choose to share
The discovery inquiry form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, reason for contacting us and your message. It also asks for your consent to be contacted about your inquiry. Please do not send sensitive financial, legal or identity information.
How the inquiry form works
The form sends the information you enter to this website’s contact endpoint. When the contact service is configured, your submitted contact details and message are stored on Cloudflare to help the Milestone Method team respond to your inquiry. If receipt is unavailable or cannot be confirmed, the form displays an error and directs you to call the team. A request does not book a confirmed appointment.
Site operation
This website does not install analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare and other website hosting providers may process routine technical and security logs needed to serve the website, protect it from abuse and handle inquiries. A hidden form field helps filter automated submissions.
Your display preference
If you change the light or dark mode, this website remembers your choice in this browser’s local storage. If you have not chosen a mode, it follows your device setting. This preference is used only to display the site.
