MILESTONE METHOD

A LITTLE CLARITY GOES A LONG WAY

Questions are
a good place to start.

You don’t need all the answers before we talk. Here are a few to help you get a feel for the process.

01Does my home need to be ready before I contact you?

No. This is exactly where the Milestone Method begins. We can meet before you declutter, make repairs or decide what to do first. We start with your situation and build a plan together.

02Who is the Milestone Method for?

Homeowners who want more support preparing for a sale—including people downsizing, navigating a major life transition, managing an inherited home, helping a parent, living far from the property or balancing a busy schedule.

03What can you help coordinate?

Depending on your agreed plan, we can help coordinate decluttering, clean-out, packing, repairs, painting, landscaping, cleaning, staging and photography, followed by marketing, showings, negotiations, escrow and closing.

04Do I keep control of the decisions?

Yes. You keep the decisions and approvals. We help organize the options, explain the next steps and coordinate the work you authorize.

05Are vendor services included in your fees?

Scope, vendor costs, payment arrangements and real estate fees need to be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. We do not assume that outside services are included or that every home needs the same work.

06Can you work with me if I live out of the area?

Tell us where the home is located and how you would like to stay involved. We can discuss the practical needs of coordinating a sale from a distance during your discovery conversation.

07How long does the process take?

Your timeline depends on your goals, the home, the agreed preparation work, vendor availability and the sale itself. We develop a plan around your circumstances instead of promising one standard timeline.

08What happens in a discovery appointment?

We talk about your home, what is changing, your priorities and your timing. It is a chance to ask questions and understand how our team could help. Sending the form requests a conversation; it does not confirm an appointment.
